VisionarEase Inc. is a Canadian, federally incorporated company founded in 2007. Based in Sudbury Ontario, we started by providing board retreats to hospitals, management training in the business arena & life coaching. Recruited to help train healthcare boards across Canada in governance for quality & patient safety, our nonprofit board support services have grown exponentially.
The development of our strategic planning services and our flagship Board Course, Client Centered Governance ®, has helped us support 100s of small & large nonprofits live & online. Our Mission - Helping Nonprofits Make a Bigger Difference for the People & Causes You Care About ©, is who we are.
About Gisele
VisionarEase CEO – Gisèle Guénard is known for her Award-winning, upbeat leadership, positive change initiatives & support within the nonprofit and private sectors across Canada.
​A recognized business leader, author, and Masters-prepared Educator, she has extensive experience in board education, nonprofit governance, strategic planning, executive leadership & coaching, corporate facilitation & organizational development.
She has Certification training in Not for Profit Governance (Rotmans/University of Toronto) and is a Certified Professional Life Coach.

With a career spanning over 35 years, she began as an RN, served in Public Health, Hospitals and Long Term Care, taught Health Sciences and served in senior leadership positions including Hospital CEO, before founding VisionarEase Inc.
